@Tim G. ,Hello.

Can you give us an example of how you might structure the deal to be sold to a rehabber?

Thanks

@Michael Quarlesjust my 2 cents:

Her message reminds me of an actual story (not in Canada or the USA) where someone was killed by a hit man, because they did not want to sell their house to the potential buyer.

It sounds like this lady has unresolved fear (due to a traumatic experience) and she is in fight or flight mode. She has chosen to fight and she is letting you know of all the big guns she has (i.e. the Mayor, her daughter, etc).

She has obviously been approached by several realtors, who happened to be black?? and I really don't want to go there! I am sure she has also given them (realtors) an ear full.

This situation has given her the perception that "everyone" is after her, and now she is afraid of going outside.

You should call he back and clarify things with her so that she will have peace of mind.

Hello BP family,

There is an owner who wants to sell his property as a tear down. He had a few offers, but the potential purchasers changed their minds because the City will not allow a new house to be built on the lot. The City has zoned the subject property and the other properties on that block as "medium density" town houses or apartment buildings.

The City prefers someone to purchase the block as consolidation of land ownership/land assembly.

The other owners on that block are not selling at this time, just the owner of the subject property.

Should I try to lock up the subject property and wholesale it to a developer who will later purchase the whole block for future development?

Thanks for your input.
