My property manager introduced me to this app a couple of days ago, and I love it! If you have not heard of it its a really great app to keep all of your real estate projects organized. Get a new agent who fully understands, and supports what you are trying to do. If a agent doesnt want to submit a offer for you that is fine just get another one. I had a similar situation, went with another agent who submitted what I wanted to offer, and I got the house for what I wanted!
