Got you. However I know some investors who get deals from banks. Do you have any insight on how these investors were able to by pass that fact? @Al Wilson

I have a number of properties that I have gotten driving for dollars that are owned by banks. These properties have also been vacant for two years or more. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get in contact with banks who are holding on to properties like this so I can buy and eventually sell the properties?
