I'm going to master it all buy and hold, rehab, whole sale, commercial etc. However I am starting off with wholesaling because I do not currently have the funds for rehabs and buy and holds. @Niki Lee

Can someone tell me about open option agreements, and what is the best way to structure one in regards to coming up with the right numbers for this type of offer?
