Thank you @Guy Gimenez I think that's what it is. When I sit down with them I will make sure to explain exactly why I want to use my title company.

I am getting a house under contract however the seller does not want to use my title company. The one they want to use I am not familiar with, and am not comfortable using. I do not want to lose the deal over something like this, any suggestions of what I should do?

Awesome advice @Jonathan Makovsky I've been hearing that strategy as well as finding a mentor would help significantly. Not looking to pay any mentor program fee's though. I have met one investor that has been willing to partner with me like you mentioned I just need to bring some deals to the table so we can get started.
