If I ever want to sell one of my properties and my only viable option is a wholesaler, I would have failed worse than I ever imagined I could.  The whole idea of wholesaling works only if the wholesaler contracts the property at an extremely undermarket price that an actual investor can then buy for a greater but still undermarket price.  I shudder to think of what would drive me to consider "selling" my properties to a wholesaler.

Like many things I believe its all up to the individual person, and their perspective. Some people in your position would never work with a wholesaler, while others I know rely on them (because they are good of course). I personally take everything on a case by case bases because I have missed opportunities due to preconceived notions. So of course do business with who you decide to do business with, but if someone hasn't had the experience like you have had I encourage them to come to their own conclusion. As apposed to just relying on another persons experience.

Would love for you to share how you developed your mentality towards wholesalers. I think discussions like these are what really helps people out.

Hey @Jonathan Tang You can find alot of that information on your county website. For example when you drive for dollars and get a address often times you can put it in the property appraiser website, and it will give you the owners address tax info and more.
