Good afternoon fellow financial freedom lovers and life livers! 

Wanted to reach out to the Colorado community and do a sort of virtual meetup right here on this post. 

A bit about me, aside from my profile, is that im currently putting together a marketing strategy for finding Wholesale deals in the Denver area and surrounding cities (springs, foco, Pueblo) and am currently in Las Vegas Nevada putting together some get to Colorado money! As such, I'm just reaching out to get to know my future business partners and friends in the Colorado market.

I believe the average is only about 150/month! By that standard you are doing +100% better than the average cash flow. Glad you replied as it is quite inspiring to hear how quickly and from the sound of it, unexpectedly you were able to acquire 5 units. Would love to say the same for myself soon:)

Primary focus for me is still wholesaling, though.

@Riley Lange I just moved out to CO a few weeks ago. My expertise is wholesaling. Currently putting together my marketing strategy for CO and then moving on to building a solid team of go getters. Would love to get to know what you're looking for and what price range etc.

Salutations @Adam Rae, I just moved back to CO last week, and have been reaching out to as many of the movers and shakers in CO as possible. I should have you know that I am currently finalizing my marketing strategy looking for wholesale deals in all of CO, including the Springs (Which is where I'm originally from).

@Jeremy Hoppe experience truly is the best/worst teacher. Awesome to hear your ambition though, truly inspiring. I'm just getting established out here in CO as well. Looking to put together a team after I finish up this wholesale marketing strategy.

Man, awesome to see a fellow youngin' on here! I'm currently 24 and living in CO (for the time being)

My advice, dude forget about waiting and take advantage of time while you have it. If I could go back 2 years and tell myself something it would be to "quit thinking about doing and DO". Period.

But I get it, trust me I do. I'm an INTJ on the meyers-briggs personality scale and let me be the first to tell you that planning is BY FAR the thing I am most obsessed with...but there comes a point when you've just got to get in there.
