@Rajat Shrestha Awesome that you're getting on top of things SO early man. I'm sure there are many that envy you right now for having the wits about you to get into something like investing at age 18.

I'm 24 myself and I can't even begin to tell you how valuable those 6 years are, and even I am still young!

What aspects of real estate are you particularily interested in?

@Justin Howe I'm sure @Krystal Seabron and I would love to hear more about your success in Arizona as a wholesaler. What is your marketing strategy? Do you outsource alot of tasks in your business or are you currently bootstrapping the whole operation?

You've got a few great replies here @Nigel Boles. Definitely keep learning, that is a given. It sounds like you've got a good grasp on what you need to do, now it's just time to jump in and do it.

I'd love to be of service to you/partner with you in the future as well! I'm currently focused 100% on Wholesaling and am new to the Colorado market (Was born in the springs though) and am currently putting together an off-market lead generating system to funnel in as many deals as possible for the investors here in CO. Looks like you will soon be one of them so by all means, feel free to be in touch.

@Maryann Waugh what is your primary investment strategy? I'm a bit new to the Market in CO still but am working DAILY at becoming proficient in finding off-market deals for investors here in CO. Would love to know more about what exactly you're looking for and what Volume of Work you're able to accomodate.

Happy Investing,

@Brandon Connell As an INTJ myself, I am TOTALLY on board with your notion toward virtual wholesaling. However, I have not implement such a strategy myself. I'm currently putting togehter lead generating systems that use the least amount of time and money and provide the highest amount of conversion with respect to those first two.

If you dont mind me asking, what does your marketing strategy look like?

@Brian Carvajal What is your marketing strategy looking like? Also, you can often get names and numbers from your local tax assessors office.
