Hubzu is weird--i bid on a home , there were no other bidders.

Not only did they not accept my bid, they reposted the house for $15,000 more

and they haven't had 1 bidder to daye . I am waiting for them to come down to reality,

but don't understand why it's been the same price for almost 4 months now without anyone bidding!.

There's no rhyme or reason... just be smart and patient.

Auction.com is offering a QC deed and I would like to know if it's possible to have a lawyer do a search, buy title insurance, and then tranfer the QC to a warrentee deed? Has anyone ever done this from Auction.com?

Thanks!

I don't understand--even though it states " cash only" , I

can use one of these lenders to get a mortgage?

So i can bid and Auction.com will

wait until the loan comes though in order to close?

As others have already responded to you from a business point of view-

my post addreses the ethical view. I work in a shelter where hundreds od beautiful

UNWANTED Dogs are killed each week.

As an animal lover, why on earth are you breeding instead of adopting and saving lives?

All dogs are the best!

You asked for our opinions--that is mine.
