Nice 5 plex house, but 4 hour drive .

would make sense money-wise, but how do i interview/ meet, show apts

with potential tenants ?

can i really leave all that (and more) up to PM's?

what's been your experience ?

Thanks!

My tenant aso has 2 pitts and have never had any problems at all.

It's the nature of the people , not the dogs , that concern me .

bill came today for $695,with labor. i thought initial quote was for everthing. how much have you paid for a gas hot water heater , with labor?

i am tempted to have him take it back and not pay?

am i getting ripped off??

Closed on house in may , and yesterday i get the owners policy

of title insur. in the mail, along with a statement for a transfer tax for $132.

doesnt the seller pay that? can i be billed for something 3 months after closing? just don't trust that attorney.Has this ever happened to you? thanks!,
