Hi Leonard,

Hey Jay,

I used Tyisha Toms for my two last closings. She works out of Bridgeport, so probably does New Haven as well. My two closings were cash as well, thought her rate was pretty reasonable. PM me for her info if you'd like.

Hey Steve,

Welcome to bigger pockets. Sub 30k homes are fairly rare around this area. I've invested in a  couple under 60k in Bridgeport that have been great investments.  With these cheaper properties I have decided to stay within our market since they typically have more issues with tenants or the property itself.  I'd be happy to chat about properties sometime.

thanks for the info Bill. I have two properties in Bridgeport and one in Stamford I'd be looking to finance, hopefully a third in the next few weeks. If you don't mind could you send me a PM with more info.

Thanks!

I would be interested in hearing other peoples input as well. I haven't had much luck finding decent financing options.

Hey George,

It really depends on the area the house is in, and how bad the condition really is. Stamford has some of the wealthiest areas and then, some less desirable. Send me a message with the address, I'd be happy to take a look and give you some feed back on what I would consider doing if I were you.

Hey Brian,

Great goal of 50k in rental income, you'd be surprised how quickly you can reach hat goal (much quicker than 5 years!). If you have any questions feel free to send me a message. Good Luck

Hey Jamyka,

I'm an agent and have been investing in Fairfield county for the last couple years. If your interested in this market I'd be happy to chat. Ive been able to find some almost turnkey multi family for under 100k.
