@Nathan G. Can you get a loan to rehab a house?

@Nathan G. Have you ever rehabbed a house? If so what was your experience like? How much did you come out of pocket?

I met a contractor that always comes to my job and rents trailers so I ended up getting to know him and he told me how he bought a duplex for 15k cash and rehabbed it, he told me I should do the samething and honestly I love the thought of taking a house from 0 to 100. I just would like to know on a average how much does it cost to rehab an apartment?possibly no more than 1000 sqft, or how was anyone else’s experience? Can you get a loan to rehab an apartment?

@Steve Cheslock Are you talkin as if I take a loan from a bank? If so I tried borrowing from a lender and they say I didn’t qualify because I haven’t been on my job for 2 years.

@Jason D. I haven’t gone to see it. I was just looking up homes and came across that one. But I planed on asking that question for sure. But wouldn’t it be 25k?
