I found a single family home that I feel has alot of potential once repairs such as flooring and painting are done. My question is would you rather fix up a home just to flip or do some of you fix up a home to rent it out?

Any Chicago Investors that can recommend me to a good real estate attorney? Maybe even who you guys work with. Preferably someone who has experience with owner/seller financing.

I’m looking to buy my first single family home or even maybe a duplex in the next 6 months (doing seller financing) I want to find the best real estate attorney that works best for me in advance. I was just wondering what kind of questions should I ask the attorney to determine if he/she is right for me? How to recognize the good ones from the bad ones?

@Devan Ludden If you offer to pay a higher purchase price isn’t that kind of the same as interest?
