"Thanks for responding", can you explain short sales providing details and specifics? A short sale is a property that's valued for more than what the loan is owed on it, ok, then what happens? How does the offer process work, paperwork, any differences and variations you can explain would be helpful? How do you get your offers accepted? Any tax consequences? Laws to pay attention to? Stipulations or clauses not to disturb? Hud-1 rules for short sales? Tax benefits? Penalties? etc.
