Real estate development and new home construction has to be loads of due diligence, however, bundles of fun. I think you have to be very passionate to create developments and new home construction projects. So, how exciting is it to complete a project?

Jesus!!!  96_86 Cavs, " it was all good just a week ago". I was at work I didn't get to see the action, however, I'm paying attention to the facts being:  a good game, we was 8/24 with 3's, double the number of fouls over the cavs, they respected, from the looks of the quarters it seems Cleveland ran from 2nd to 4th quarter. I can't lie looks like good passes and teamwork. The Knicks are my boys and Carmelo is a great player. Milwaukee Bucks on Friday, Redskins on Sunday. I won't be able to watch them actually play but I have DVR so I'll record the action.

Hey there Investors,

I hope all is well with you and your business. Today I felt extremely crappy at work. Even though I have a head-cold I still attended the show and got the job done. Now I'm going to do some real estate research. Hope I don't feel so sluggish tomorrow.

Thanks for the challenge Dave. You wrote good ways to lay out and think outside the box to help move wiser toward goals. Your right, I think strategies and formulas are just like tools that you regularly have to use, and there are differences. I will review erg1031 exchange options as well as muster my own knowledge about the subject.

Shift change, I been scrambling to work the last few days; that has to stop. When I left work an reached home, I taught my nephews how to make brownies. Lol!!!

Showed them the meaning of teamwork, as far as in the kitchen. The mixture turned out pretty good, I can smell the chocolate right now. I'm going to have myself a taste.

Other than kitchen duties, my Patriots are      ' THE BEST'.

Unfortunately, I was unable to watch a few games, however, thanks for 'DVR' I have a solution. Welp! it's 11:53pm folks and I have something I want to do, so I'll chat with you later.
