@Jay Ragland That depends on how many deals you are working at the moment. Most GC's will have at least 25 - 40% markup in the job so if you dont have a lot of time because your doing too many deals then yes, it may be worth it to pay that but if not (and it sounds like she doesn't) you would want to try to do as much of this as you can yourself unless you just dont feel like you can work this angle and line this up yourself.
