What I mean by 100% rehab drawback is usually most lenders offer to payback 100% of the rehab cost. Let's says your rehab cost is $10,000. What they will do divide the rehab in three drawbacks of $3,333.33. Once you complete the first funds of $3,333.33 with receipts to show what work has been done then they will disburse the funds in 3 days so you can do the next work of $3,333.33 until it's completed in the timeframe expected. I hope I explained it correctly.
