Hello everyone,
I have a client in Detroit seeking $250,000 to rehab 14 of their homes which are free and clear. The equity is very small (around $10,000) for each home.
Can you provide a lender for the area?

thanks @Lee Smith. I have a client who can do 20%. Prefer 15% but will work with 20%. He seeking to purchase a commercial building for around $420,000.
