Our real estate brokerage is planning to switch our transaction management system to the dotloop platform.  I just read several forums on BiggerPockets between dotloop and DocuSign.  It looks like dotloop is the crowd favorite, though several members commented that dotloop was confusing to learn.

Here are my 3 questions.

1. Is dotloop hard for the agents, the brokerage, and/or for the clients to learn?

2. What are the specifics items that make dotloop confusing/hard to learn?

3. What advice can you give to make the transition as easy as possible for the agent, the broker, and the client?

Answers to any or all of the 3 questions above is greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much!

@Spencer Shadrach,

As you know, I have responded to many of the direct mail pieces I have received from wholesalers.

I have found that the only truly negative experience is when a wholesaler does not return a phone call (or text or email).

Said another way, I agree with @Devan Mcclish. Whether you answer live or simply respond to voicemails, just be sure to do so in a timely and professional manner.  If you do, you will quickly separate yourself from the majority of the wholesalers out there.

Hi, @Drew Kimberlin.

Welcome to the BP community!

I'm glad you have been listening to the podcasts.  Personally, I love the blogs and these forums.  You can learn a ton for all the generous members out there.

Please send me some information on your roofing company.  As @James Wachob mentioned, we're always looking for good vendor partners.

Best of luck to you!
