I've used Will Griffin, Jr. of Griffin Clift Everton & Maschmeyer the last few times I've done quit claims. I highly recommend him (but I'm a bit biased since he sponsors CrestCore's Memphis podcast with @Dean Harris and me).

@Ryan Bartlett, I've done a number of quit claim transfers over the years in Memphis. I typically use a local real estate attorney to prepare and file the QC deeds. It's a negligible cost to make sure everything goes perfect.

I've learned a lot from local market and out-of-state investing. In this 45-second clip I tell @Dean Harris one of the most valuable lessons.
If you want to learn more about trends in our market (or about buy and hold, fix and flip, SFR, turnkey, small multifamily, or hard money loans in Memphis), please check out our podcast on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Apple Podcasts, etc. Each week, Dean and I cover it all!
Special thanks to show sponsors CoreLend Financial and CrestCore Realty and to our buyers agent @Allie McAlister!

I like how you are thinking @Christopher Garcia. Just like @Allie McAlister posted, we are seeing the same thing in Memphis. I made 2 posts earlier this week that said pretty much the same thing you did. It looks like the BRRRR time is coming!

To me, the 4 horsemen of your buy and hold real estate team are your Agent, Lender, Property Manager, and Contractor.
The great news is that you can build your team before you need your team.
Do you want to build a team in Memphis? Send me a message or email if you do.

This is one of the best aspects of getting a fix and flip loan from CoreLend* - they promote your deal throughout their network. Thanks, @Richey Ward.

*Full disclosure, I am one of the founders of CoreLend and they are a sponsor of our weekly Memphis podcast, The Investor's Guide to Memphis Real Estate with @Dean Harris of CrestCore Realty.
