I had the same question a few months ago, and was referred to the MN Bar Association for a download.

This will be modified as necessary, I presume, for Minnesota regulations. If you're looking in New Berlin, I would check with the WI bar association.
The rental app I got from the BP docs as mentioned.

I like Appliance Solutions in Forest Lake. Tim Thomas will set you up with quality refurbs.

Welcome aboard @Courtney Tostrud
I'm a newer investor, now with two properties in St. Paul.
Have you opened an office yet?
Please connect with me, I'd like to talk.
There is a park in St Anthony Village that will be closing for new development... I imagine you can pick up some homes from those residents. I think they have to vacate by next spring.
Winter buying sounds like a very good strategy @Christian Rasmussen
This group you are working with is positioned to buy HUNDREDS of properties?
I'm not that experienced, but I don't know if the market will be soft enough this winter to justify that kind of blanket purchasing. It would seem that there would have to be a real expectation that next spring/summer will be even tighter than this year, with high prices and low supply.
as usual, @Marc Jolicoeur has spot on advice
