Best suggestion I have taken so far is by reaching out to those near me. I reached out to everyone in my local area. I found people that could fit my schedule and helped them get the small things off of their daily/weekly/monthly plates. I did inspections, walk throughs on active builds. This was time consuming for the agents and investors but was an assume learning experience for myself. Turn over every rock and offer ever creature under it a helping hand!

Looking to get my real estate license in the state of MI. I currently work a 9-5 and am looking to go the online route for my 40 hours of course time. Does anyone have suggestion about good online sources, or advice on which ones to stay away from. Does anyone know if any live classes are held at night?

could anyone give a suggestions on additional podcasts that are as well as pbs, would like to keep them centered around real estate or property management. I appreciate all the great advice that I have got on here so far!

looking for property management groups that service the surrounding Lansing areas ideally Grand Ledge, Portland and Ionia. Looking to learn the ropes of property management, so that  in the future I can have my own portfolio of investment properties.

Looking to get my feet wet in property management, I maybe getting into real estate investing soon if a deal goes through. Looking to assist or provide some handy man services or property management services in the areas in or between Grand Rapids and Lansing MI. I am always looking for advice and tips if you have any please send them my way!
