@Greg Raymond going straight to the county/township treasurer maybe your best bet. There is usually a nominal dollar amount say $25-$50 to get a copy. The upside is if you can achieve just one deal of that list you have probably a ton of return on that minimal investment. This is the approach I have used in all of the counties I currently look for deals in.

@Sam Shueh my wife is not on board either, but she is on board about not being on board and not having to do anything with it. This is an option, but it’s always nice to maybe throw her a bone every once and awhile. There was an episode on here where the investor would get gifts for his wife from a flip or from a good month of management. This is also an option that may help a sour situation a bit more sweet for your significant other!

Hi #Michael Arnold, marketing that has worked well has been contacting local professional groups usually have message boards that listings can be posted on, Facebook ad/sale sites, pitching the property to investment geared realtors or property management company. We at DS Huber Properties deal with primarily Lansing, MI, and when an investor wants to sell a property we can usually find a buyer with in our network rather fast to buy it.
