So, I've found a tenant that I like and want to screen them for Credit, background check, etc. What/who is everyone using for these reports. I've looked at Smartmove, but it seems that the potential tenant has to register an account and fill the information out online themselves.

I'm relatively new to being a landlord, but rented for almost a decade in my younger years. I would not rely on the tenant to mow and/or rake the lawn. If you want to maintain the appearance of your lawn and landscaping either do it yourself or hire someone to do so.

Thank you for the replies! I ended up using Microsoft Publisher to design a flyer. Took about an hour to do so, but it looks great! Thanks for the suggestion!

I've formatted and posted my rental listing on Postlets. However, does any have or know how I can print out a similar designed flyer?

I would like something that displays all the same information and pictures similar to Postlets. I just don't have the tech skills to make it POP.

I went with steel tub and tiles, on the advice of my realtor. But, the common sense and landlord in me wanted to go with a vinyl tub surround. Or even a prefabricated shower tub and surround.

I'm interested to hear what the others say on this.
