Best thing to do is to offer up your time for free to also gain some knowledge of others and show that your motivated to learn/work for the things you are pursuing. The money will come when you find the best deals. I am young like you. Just 23, I was gifted money by my grandparents and lent money by my parents for a deal that I closed on earlier this year. The only reason was because they had watched me pursue my dream and saw me really studying and also saving as much as possible to go and make it happen!

I dont think there is much to worry about but then again I am living in Canada and dont have boots on the ground. The media does always try and make things seem like a bigger deal then they actually are. Hopefully there isnt a crash as it will always start to affect all of the usa

Looking forward to my first webinar. I close on my first investment on may 19th and have been struggling already to balance work, family, girlfriend, volunteering  and rei. Yes I have a super jam packed life and need to balance it out better. Hopefully this gives me some more ideas
