Welcome to BP. This is great place to find out lots of great information. I find myself reading a lot of different forums and the answers from all the great investors for hours. I am also in NJ but on the other side of the state. You should check out the South Jersey REI. http://sjreia.org/ They have meeting once a month and a lot of different sub groups and education the rest of the month.  Hope to see you there.  

Congrats @Shawn Yezza.  Sounds like you are better prepared then when I started my first rehab.  1 suggestion I would have is meeting all the neighbors introducing yourself and giving out your contact information.  You never know who is going to be a nosy neighbor. Hopefully  they will call you before they call the town if for what ever reason if they have an issue with people at the job site. (To early, To late, To loud, trying to turn you in for no permits, music too loud, garbage on the front lawn) never know what bother peoples.   It tries to contain any potential issues.  Doesn't always work.
