Well I guess I was really tired when I wrong this last night.  Anyways I found a very large old housing site in North Carolina and from the numbers that I ran is going to be a great deal.  Its a GSA Auction... Anyone every do a deal through the GSA?

 Dustin, which Midwest markets are you considering?

 Memphis right now due to the ease of entry. I have a few other avenues I am looking as well. The more I read and learn the move I think there might be a better option. I am going to have to pull the trigger soon 

Does anyone invest in Yarmouth or Dennis mass in small sub 500sqft condos? I think they are more used as vacation rentals and I don't know how to do the math on these. Any help or advice is appreciated.
