I have searched and searched and called and called to find Investor Friendly Real Estate Attorneys that are familiar with the following: Double Closings, Assignment of Contracts, Wraps, Subject to's and other forms of creative financing! I am interested in Attorneys in the following states:

Illinois (where i reside)

Indiana

Missouri 

Wisconsin

Arkansas

Tennessee

Kentucky

Iowa

Michigan

Minnesota

Kansas

It definitely opened my eyes to the idea of multifamily investing. I do believe his idea of 32+ units to start with is somewhat unrealistic, however he does lay down some very important and interesting points that let's you know it is possible. It is fairly easy to read and not a whole lot of fluff like I imagined there would be. I recommend it to anyone looking to further their knowledge on multifamily investing.
