Hey guys!
I am out of state, so what insurance coverages would be recommended for house in Texas (Keller, Fort Worth).
Also, would you have a recommendation for an insurance company to call?
Thank you!

Hey guys,
we got married in 2012, and our tax accountant states we will have to send the taxes via MAIL,and can not do it electronically this year.
Wanted to double check with tax guys out there if you could confirm this :)
Thank you!

Carlos F. Thanks, Carlos!
It's a really good school district, and If I was to move to Texas, the only place I would consider to RENT/BUY would be an area with good school district for the kids, that's why I am assuming location is right, even though the rents are not that high (I probably will be getting only 1% of the purchase price).
Post: GFCI and grounding electrical outlets on a 1980 house

Hey guys!
We are considering a house purchase, and inspector recommended the following:
**Ground the electrical outlets in the bedrooms
**Install GFCI's in the kitchen, baths, and outdoor outlets.
The seller does not want to do it since "the house was built in 1980 and it was built up to code back then".
I was thinking about getting a quote how much this would cost and deduct it from the purchase price... What do you think?
Also, I do not have much knowledge in electrician's field, and I was wondering if this is important at all?
Thanks :)

Carlos F.,
Yes, that's the property!
I am not from the area, and the realtor states it will rent for 1100$ ( between 1000 and 1200, which is fine with us. Am I missing something? You got my attention!
