All these PIG members!  Who let the gate open?!  MATT?!!

Erica, there is a phenomenal real estate investment group there in Pensacola, called the P.I.G. have you ever been?  We meet once a month, second Tuesday.  Mr. Allen goes there along with quite a few really well based wholesalers and rehabbers.  Maybe we will see you there some day!

Joseph, I literally am right down the road from you in Destin FL. If you are looking for some REI clubs to attend I have two references. One, there is a man by the name of Matt Robinson, has an incredible monthly meeting in Pensacola and Destin FL. Matter of fact the pensacola group is meeting tonight 11 August, and the Destin group meets next Thursday. There is another REI group in Panama city but I have not been to that one yet. Looking forward to hopefully meeting you one day. You can reach out to me at anytime and I would be glad to answer any questions you may have.

Tyrus, no I was not aware of VGLI... Very interesting. Is the premium the same as the SGLI? Who is it I wuld talk to to convert? Is this covered during ACAP?

I am in the military out of Eglin AFB, (not with the Air Force but Army) and thought to ask, since Sept last year have you closed on any Sub2? You had that family member "grant" you 20k to get started, which is phenomenal, I am sure you have closed on a deal now, please send an update.

I am absolutely amazed how quick people respond to other needs, and not only that, how specific people can be linked to situations needing their expertise, via keywords. @Rick H. I appreciate your quick response, AND ITS NOT EVEN MY POST! LOL

@Dennis Kolsch welcome to BP. Glad to see you have already listened to some podcast evidently you are finding your way around the site. I am also in FL but the pan handle. Look up Real Estate clubs, meeting, gatherings on meetup.com Good site and will point you in the right direction. YOu can also ask around your local RE agents. They will typically know where meetups are happening, and if not they will be able to point you to Agents that would know. Best to you and yours this year!

@Scott Meehan wanted to say welcome to BP and even more importantly welcome to the world of RE Investing. I too am currently in the military and I too will be exiting in.. 1yr 1/2.. can not wait. Big piece of advice brother, look into a local REI club. You have a great one there in Pensacola that meets once a month. You can look them up on MEETUP.com They go by the name Proud Capitalist PIG (Pensacola Investor's Group) Great people with a passion for training, teaching, and instructing. Hope this helps, and maybe we can grab a beer down at the Sevile Plaza (I think that's how its spelled) when I get back from this deployment. God bless brother, keep seeking, you will find it :)
