I need some advice from some of the more experienced investors. As a young man working to get into this competitive market place. what do you think is the best way to approach a investor that you are trying to learn from? how would someone who is  hungry provide value to an investor.

I recently moved down to saint Petersburg because it is a booming city. its fair  to say saint Pete is becoming one of the fastest growing city's in Florida.

what are your guys thoughts on the the 2 banks shutting down, and weather they will affect the real estate market?
