Hey people, Ed Lavin, newbie here and want to look at the refi aspect of this strategy. I’m an independent contractor in broadcast tv. So let’s say I have a 100k arv sf house that gets 800/mo in rent I got for 65k all in (I wish I had one or 50 of these for that matter), what is the refi based off of? The home and the rent or my personal ability to pay the loan? Or is it a combination ? Thanks for taking the time to read this everyone
