@Rebekah D Arnold

I'm very curious... Did you buy any properties in Birmingham and which areas of Birmingham did you decide to buy in?

Who was the turnkey company and what is the name of your PM?

Welcome to BP. This is a great place to connect. Homewood is a really nice area in Birmingham. Prices tend to be on the higher end compared with some other parts of Bham. What type of real estate investing do you hope to do?

Welcome to BP... I'm very new as well.

Wow! You have an incredible portfolio for a guy who started in 2007. How in the world did you grow that fast???

Incredible!

I'm hoping to buy rentals in Birmingham and maybe Memphis over the next several years.

The BP website and community is a great place to connect, network and learn.... but it sounds like you've already got most of that well under control :)

Fantastic tool.... just subscribed to several.

I'm from Birmingham originally and I lived there for over 30 years. I love this topic because I'm also looking to buy some turnkey properties in the area. I actually put a contract on 3 houses earlier this year with one turnkey company. It did not go well once I hit the inspection process. Send me a private message if you would like to know the company name. I would not recommend using them.

I will definitely be checking out some of the other turnkey companies mentioned in this post! Thanks for asking the question and thanks to all who gave their feedback.
