@Jeremy Buttell Thanks for sharing.  Glad you are happy with them so far.  Did you in fact have to pay cash? (I'm looking for a TK provider and prefer to use financing.)  Also, how have your interactions been with the property management company?

I was searching for info on GEG and came across this thread. I hope things are still going well.  Those numbers are great!  I have not been able to find many other threads that have feedback on GEG. I have a call with them next week.
