@Christopher Garnett send it to me too. I’ll take a look. Gotta make sure you have a good boots on the ground here to take pics and video. Also reliable contractors. I use to wholesale in WA. Did some deals in Chehalis and Bellingham :)

@Tannis Spencer - I closed 14 JV deals in the last 3 months in the Detroit and metro Detroit area. 75% of my business is JV. Hit me up. I love doing JV's. I don't care about daisy chaining just as long as everyone knows what they're getting and as long a the paperwork makes sense. I wholesaled a deal with 6 wholesalers involved. Didn't make a killing, but got the job done and everyone made money.

@Odie Ayaga - I’m still in the first couple of chapters. I’m taking my time with it to make sure I implement. Added 3 people to my team and scaled a little too quickly but the book is definitely helping.

I’m currently reading Traction by Gino Wickman. Amazing book if you’re looking to scale your team! I’m also listening to the audio book of “FU Money” by Dan Lok. Happy investing everyone!

@Jermyn Brown - I would try another lender and meet the appraiser at the property with comparables especially one like $100K! Appraisers that don't know Detroit count the messed up homes as fair game. It's jacked up.

@Timoteo T Prietto - I'm wholesaling and buying in Detroit and it has it's issues, but having a strong team and boots on the ground is important especially if you're an out-of-state owner. [Solicitation Removed by Moderators]
