Hey Jennifer,

My husband and I own two STR, but keep the posting up on furnished finder too. We have gotten a couple of inquires through furnished finder, but most of our month+ rentals are being booked through Airbnb. We do give a discount to those who want to stay longer (10% off for 30+ days bookings). Would be happy to meet up and show you what we have done!

Have you looked at properties up in Arlington? They have a brand new Amazon facility going in and tons of jobs are openings up. Drive around up there, and you will see that they are adding in infrastructure and tons of new development. The price point is lower, but rents will be going up with all the new development.

Come to learn about the latest changes to the housing market and how to purchase during these uncertain times. The market has shifted to a buyer's market and now is a great time to secure a deal on the home of your dreams. Bring a friend and enjoy some refreshments as we educate you on how best to secure your wealth for the long run!

@Azu Lee, I do BRRRR in my rentals. Feel free to ask any questions and Iam happy to share the knowledge!

I am curious if any of you do any BRRS in the oregon or southern Washington area. As well as Azu Lee I am new to the real estate game and have not done any actual investing myself but would love a mentor and someone I can watch and learn from. Thank you for your time and the great post!

Hey Quentin, where are you looking to do a BRRR? I might have a great option for you down in Vancouver...

Hey @Alex Sanchez where is the duplex located?

@Julie Nealey we are having an investor meeting in Seattle tonight from 5-7. Might find individuals that would be willing to partner up with you. https://fb.me/e/2KSdhj6y0

Meeting with loan experts to discuss the current interest rate trends, and ways to help fund your investments. Bring your questions!

They are called Furnished Finder. Some folks also market their listing on the meeting board in the hospital or reach out to the local HR rep for the hospital.

@Zack Parkins I would be happy to help you work on lease. We (my husband and I) have been underwriting deals for years now. Another great idea would be to find a place close to a hospital and work with traveling nurses. They don't need the place for anything but to sleep and their company pays for the rental.

Come and learn about all the creative ways to fund your investments, and what the the rates are doing to your ROI. Meeting with Origin Point (loan officers) to learn more about this year's changes in interest rates and how to secure a purchase that makes financial sense as an investor.
