Where would I see the fee simple. MLS? IMAPP? Deed/title copy?

I looked at few properties and on IMAPP zoning will show TW or condo on land areas section. Would that describe if it's a condo or TW for FHA purposes?

No no, that's not what I mean.

I'm buying cash. but when I sell, I need to make sure the property can be sold to someone using FHA.

Hey everyone,

Looking to get a townhouse or a condo to invest (flipping, not rent out). I'm not very familiar with FHA (still new to this actually as an agent).

I know FHA is very picky when it comes to Condos and they have to be on an approved list, or go through hoops to get it (if they can get it), but I think townhomes are a little different story.

How would I know if a property can be sold after I fix it with an FHA? We're looking to do homes around 100-150 range in Palm Beach County, so that is for lower income families. We def need FHA available to the buyer... I don't see anything on MLS that shows a property is FHA approved (for townhomes or condos). I found a HUD list on a .gov website, but every condo on there seemed expired. I'm not sure if those include townhomes...

Looking to be pointed in the right direction so I don't end up getting a home that isn't purchasable with a FHA...

Thanks!

FREC can be contacted for an escrow disbursement order. Your agent's broker will have to contact FREC within 15 days of the dispute. You probably won't need an attorney, FREC will investigate the matter the decide who gets the escrow.

Hey everyone,

Just recently got my license and would like to get an email setup. I was hoping something like emir at realtor.com but I'm not sure if that exists (I am an active NAR member).. closest I could find was info at email.realtor which I'm ehhhh about.

Unfortunately emir at gmail.com or anything related to my name is not available unless I add a random number to it...

Looking for suggestions.

Thanks!

ps for mods - these are not my emails, I'm trying to show examples.

Post: Anyone use myhousedeals.com?

Hey guys,

I'm looking for websites where I can find wholesale homes to flip. I see a bunch by just googling, but some of them I can't tell if they're legit or a good one at all. Everyone wants me to sign up, provide info etc. I found one that interested me. It's myhousedeals.com has anyone heard of it? Used it?

It's the only one I signed up for. so I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this site, or have any that you can recommend me?

Thanks!
