I have a beautiful 3/3 double under contract for assignment on Minnesota Ave. Steps from the UB area. Asking for $100,900.

The first unit is currently vacant. Was just remodelled and is looking great. The kitchen cabinets need to be updated, which is all that needs to be done for that apartment to have it move in ready.

Second Unit is rented for $500, which was an act of kindness since it was occupied by a single tenant. This apartment is in pristine condition.
