Hans, if no appraisal is needed for your loan (as stated on your website) then how is the Value of the property determined?

This is why I like it here! Every-one is always so gracious (as was Karen, Steven & Jon). Gregory I think this whole site indirectly provides all the partnership you will ever need. As you have questions and post, you will get honest, helpful answers...and as you can contribute, do so if the opportunity arises. As you get involved, closer 'partnerships' will develop. I've only been here just over a month...found the site looking for "Private Investors" for re-habbing and flipping and so far I have two very responsive (local - S Fl.) Interests. There is a wealth of information and resource (personal and otherwise) available here. Things will fall into place. All the best!
