 I have dealt with him. My instinct is keep away from him. And many others agree with me here on BP. There's a upfront fee and that raises a red flag.

I have been contacted by many BP members that are lenders. Most of them could not help me and 2 others were scammers. Right now I am working with a BP member that is a lender and everything is looking good. I will keep you and BP members up to date if this loan goes through. If you'd like to know who the scammers are PM me.

No its not for an appraisal. The company is called JNB Finance LLC. There in Henderson, Nevada. And, The $550 they said it was for documentation fees. Has anybody dealt with this company or heard of them? And, The loans has not been approved yet.

I recently asked for a private money loan. The application was very easy and simple to fill out. Now there asking $550 up front fees. What do you all think of this?
