With the phone ringing on a daily basis, we’re looking for a strong candidate to simply answer these incoming calls and close these deals! JOB DESCRIPTION

Noble Mortgage is looking for enthusiastic Mortgage Loan Officers. Do you have a level of unmatchable charm? This job is just for you! As long as you can define “winning” by self-motivation, organization, people skills and eager to learn, we will train you.

Your Job Tasks:

• You get to communicate with all incoming leads and turn them into sales!
• You get to ensure the mortgage loan files are prepared and organized by originating and reviewing loan applications; clarifying or obtaining additional information.
• You get to attend awesome (evening/weekend) networking events around the Dallas area.
• You get to follow up with the potential leads that you bring in!

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

• High Degree of Motivation
• Excellent Phone Skills
• Outstanding Follow Up Skills
• Obsession with Providing Stellar Customer Service
• Detail Oriented
• General Math Skills
• Credit and background check required as a condition of employment
