Haven't heard about this company but let us know how it goes!
I finally feel ready to get started my family and I will make a great team to start flipping homes. Currently I have been talking to several hard money lenders for money for home and Reno, and I’m concerned about what is a great offer to accept. What’s too high of interest, many lenders have requested that we pay 10%, none have offered 100%. Any advice on where to begin looking for money investors, have you used a company before and highly recommend them?
I’m making this first investment before the end of 2018!

@Melinda Motter hey Melinda I just purchased the 3 day training did you get your money back or did you attend, was it worth it for you?
I have been doing a plethora of research about wholesaling and I believe it is the best first step for me to plunge into my real estate investing dreams. The biggest portion of the field seems to be marketing and developing reputable motivated buyers. I am aware of all the ways to get the attention of motivated sellers but what have you done to create a motivated buyers list. What sorts of marketing strategies or platforms can be used? I think it’s important to have buyers before the sellers so that the seller can have their home sold quickly. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
@Matt Honeyford are you stepping outside of the Rochester area? You may need to, to see where the gold is

@Austin Reppart this is great practicing advice, any suggestions on which software or website to use for calculating the appraisals and running the numbers?
Thanks for the advice! Looking forward to beginning this journey, I'm starting to look into the market to determine the cost of duplexes in my area.
Thanks! At this point in time, I am doing what I can to increase our buying power like finding a higher paying company to work for, and saving more cash etc.

As a military spouse, myself I would certainly encourage you to find out more information about their Unit and get in contact with their CO. This is a matter they would take very seriously and enforce them to comply.
