I have a new tenant who has been a bit of a pest so far. She texted me to tell me the tub is draining slowly and they have tried to plunge it but couldn't fix it and she would like a plumber to be called. We have a provision in the lease stating they will be charged for this type of thing. I'm just wondering how you would respond/address it? I've never come across this before. Other tenants I've had only needed something from me like twice a year maximum and this is clearly going to be different. Thanks.
