Hi, what's the etiquette as far as contacting a broker to take you around an area, and then another one reaching out. Do you stick with one or wait to meet with a few before choosing? I don't want to be rude and I don't want to waste anyone's time.

I am in a bit of a mental slump today. I'm reading Gary Keller's Millionaire Real Estate Investor and he writes a lot about net worth, and how it's important to track and grow it. Due to student loans and mortgages on 3 properties, even with significant equity I have a VERY negative net worth. It's really discouraging. It's hard to picture it turning around, regardless of the number of properties I accumulate. Has anyone else felt this way?
