It all depends on the deal, if the deal makes sense it would. Have to do the market research, due diligence, and numbers. It will also be dependent on your experience and if you can meet the financing requirements. You may have to partner up to meet certain requirements.

I've looked at AL and it can be enticing because of the prices but can be a hard market in some areas. I would find out who the top management offices are and see where they like to focus.

I would do some research into turn key, it might be more appropriate for your situation.

There are definitely more groups, best to do is search. Other way to tackle it is to LLC, pool money, and hop in as a investor. Of course, it can also get more complicated ding that.

Contractor can provide dimensions. Could always ask for property survey and paperwork.

Could find a local successful flipper and ask to assist in their flips to gain knowledge and experience.

Else, go to all free resources like Lowes and Home Depot that provide classes.

Read books and watch videos.

Looks like you've accounted for just about everything. Looks like a fine deal, definitely consider the location and market. Just because the property is a deal, it doesn't mean the area will support it.

Going to have to talk with brokers, mailing, skip tracing, and more until you can get what you need. Could also contact residential agents, sometimes they run across multifamily.

Depends on market but if its just the bedroom, maybe $300-500.
