I use a software service called agentpro247. Records are 7 cents apiece and very detailed. Full blown reports are available too. Try a demo.

@Charles Ngansop how detrimental is this single tenant to your overall income stream? Let the money and fees roll in as said earlier.

@Jake Marmulstein agreed. I think another thing to think about is current styles. One day stainless appliances and nice and black the next. People like current styles.

@Jesse Daconta you can invest with a syndicator and say you are now invested in $$$$$ worth of property and looking to increase your investments. You piggyback off the syndicator.

@Ben Feder I don’t see how 3 days could be helpful. Maybe 3 months. There is so much to learn that I think 3 days would just be a waste. Remember there is no hurry here. Take your time. Do a lot of investigation and reading. There is a wealth of knowledge on YouTube and podcasts. Good lick!
