Kevin Hi are you wholesaling the Deal if so i would recommend going to your local REIA club posting Flyers Getting the Word out to others in your network also try in the Newspaper & Online an of Course on this Platform where there is Buyers who are wanting deals on BP good Luck.

Khirly Bell I would Recommend joining your Local REIA Club and get with a Mentor or Coach there are Levels to this have you checked the comps in the area have you seen the Inside of what this Property might need in Repairs.
