@ Cliff Hi and Welcome to BP i would Recommend Checking out some Podcast under the tab Education since your new to this is also joining your Local REIA or Meetup in your Area bump heads with other like minded People in the Real Estate Profession an learn from them take them out to Lunch and build Rapport with them.

@ Mary Its Doable the cabinets look fine if they are not burned which it looks like the end by the wall or might be an easy Clean your Looking at about $25k to $30k to make Rent ready its seems I would get another Contractor just to be Safe.
