Shawn thats a good Question I hired a few People an some are new an Young an they don't have references an they never asked for it but i won't let that stop me i let them Prove it to me an i take before and after Pics an when they are done i give them a reference an school them as its good to have since there are bad apples out there that spoils it for most off them.
Just My 2 Cents :)
