Kevin Hi thats a Great Question if I was you i would check in your area an see if you see Bandit Signs in your area an see if they last a week or more or if the they take it down on Sunday's some places they will fine you.You can join your Local REIA Club an network you will get an answer of what works an doesn't an yes they are great for getting Buyers an Sellers but i would recommend checking with your Local Housing agency Hopefully that helps You Good Luck.

Raina Hi good Question for me that all depends on the Area,Comps, & Repairs of the Homes since i do a few of what you stated fix & Flip,Hold & Wholesale if the Repairs are where it needs to be for a Flip then i buy it an flip instead of Wholesaling if the Repairs are to High I will wholesale it an last if the Property is in an area where there are Lots of Renters I usually keep it but thats all by Location.

Since I don't know your Weakness or Strengths in Real Estate

Join your Meetup and Local REIA Club to get Familiar with rehabbing,Wholesaling or Holding a Property also you will need a Team if your Going to buy out of your area Contractor,Property,Mgr,Title Company,Realtor,Wholesaler Etc.

Michael Hi an welcome I see that things are getting hard for you but you will get it have you network with other Wholesalers or went to any Clubs in your area.

As for me when i started i did it with no money bandit signs which was the brown cardboard an a Black Marker which i got from a friend which i got free the Card boards from stores like family dollar or Walmart, an Plastered them with nails an my trusty hammer to poles also online ads which is free just my time self Promoting an changing my mindset.

Jackie GOOD Question What might work for me might not work For You I use Bandit Signs,Internet Marketing,Mailing to Absentee Owners,Word Of Mouth just to name a Few you will have to test an see what best suits You.
